📷 How do I upload my pet’s photo?
When placing your order, you’ll have the option to upload a high-resolution image of your pet. Make sure the photo is well-lit, clear, and captures your pet’s personality. If there are any issues, our team will reach out to you for a better image.
🎨 Can I see a preview before printing?
Yes! Upon request, we’ll send you a digital proof for approval before production. Just leave a note at checkout or email us right after placing your order.
⏳ What is the processing time for custom pillows?
We typically process orders within 1–3 business days. Every pillow is handcrafted to perfection, so we take great care during production.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
- USA: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
🔁 Can I return or exchange my pillow?
Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. If you encounter any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and other secure payment methods through Shopify’s checkout system.
📦 Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
📬 Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes within the USA via USPS. For larger packages, we may require a physical address.
