📦 Order Status

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once it ships, a tracking number will be sent to your inbox. You can use it to track your delivery right to your doorstep. If you haven’t received your tracking info within 3 business days, please contact us.

🎨 Customization Questions

Each Pillow Partners item is uniquely crafted from your pet's photo. To ensure the best results, upload a high-resolution, well-lit image. Our design team may reach out if the image quality isn’t optimal.

🚚 Shipping Information

We offer free shipping across the USA and affordable international delivery. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 5–10 days domestically or 10–20 days internationally. For full details, visit our Shipping Info page.

💳 Payments & Billing

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and other secure payment methods through Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted for your protection.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our pillows, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged. If there's an issue with your order, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item with photos and details.

  • Can I cancel my order? – Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Can I preview the design before printing? – Yes! We’ll send a proof upon request.
